One of our all time best sellers, this stunning shrug/poncho is handmade in a fair trade cooperative in Nepal.  It is woven with shimmery rayon ribbon thread and is very soft and lightweight.  This versatile piece can be worn several ways - short in the front, off to the side, long in the front or even as a scarf.  It looks beautiful over everything from a long sleeved shirt to a summer dress.  Goes great with jeans or just about anything - this will be your new go-to piece.  This one features a mixture of blue and pink tones.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This piece of clothing was hand woven in a fair trade cooperative in Nepal.  The artisans are master weavers and combine traditional techniques with contemporary styles and colors.  The artisans are paid fair wages and work in safe, healthy conditions.  Recycled materials are used whenever possible, as the cooperative has a commitment to sustainable business practices.  Micro loans have helped artisans start their own businesses, and scholarships are available to send children to school.
