This necklace is both elegant and on trend.  It features a paperclip chain design and a labradorite stone that captivates the viewer with its mystery.  Lovely labradorite is said to have healing properties and protects against negative energy.

Pendant measures approximately 1/4" long by 3/8" wide.

Brass chain measures approximately 16" long plus a 2" extender.  However, the clasp can be attached anywhere along the chain so it can also be worn even shorter.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This piece of jewelry was handmade in a small fair trade cooperative in Rajasthan, India.  The artisans are paid a living wage and are empowered in their work.  An emphasis is made on ensuring that their traditional crafts are preserved and celebrated.  This unique jewelry combines ethnic and contemporary designs to create an innovative look.  All materials are ethically sourced and natural, and are procured locally whenever possible.  The artisans are highly skilled in their craft, and being part of a fair trade cooperative has enabled them to expand their market to the west.
