This beautiful hat looks as stylish on the beach as it does at a party. It keeps out the sun's rays with UPF 35 protection, and is comfortable enough to wear all day. It's hand crocheted with locally grown Nepali cotton, hand dyed with azo-free dyes, and the flowers are hand embroidered. 

All of our products are shipped with cards containing information about fair trade and the corresponding artisan group.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This beautiful hat was handmade by women in Nepal. The artisans are paid excellent wages and are guaranteed year-round work. They're able to work from home which allows them to look after their children with much greater flexibility than they'd find in a 9-5 office job. All materials used are sustainably sourced locally.
